Looks to me like our dedicated Government Employee spent aprox. 2 hours reading thru my FACT FILLED blog.
Of course as you will notice, this person was searching for MOE SPEAKS,,, my impostor from the Yahoo Boards. It does not appear that this person was searching for me or they would of googled MOE SPEEKS.
In either case, I have nothing to hide as I only post facts, nothing but facts.

I do not know.

I have found a nice pinkie play that should work for the month of July.

If you have any extra gambling cash that you use for risky pink sheet plays, this is the play.

AWSL.PK had a good day today so wait for a pullback and start to load up.

First on their list is to get the Caveat Emptor status removed from Pinksheets.com. We have it on good authority that this will be accomplished this week.

This is a low volume stock and it's 129,700 volume today was HUGE,,,LOL

So keep that in mind.

Like I said, I expect this stock to play out for the entire month of July.

But as always, if you choose to play, protect any profits.

And as always, do not ever invest any money into a pinkie unless you are willing to lose it all.

FUQI broke thru it's 52 Week High on HUGE Volume to close up nearly 17% for the day. This is a great sign but stay vigilant as this may be just a fake break-out. As seen in FUQI's chart, the last gap-up we had led to a pullback but the May 15th gap-up led the way to a HUGE run. Our 20 and 50 dma's are running upwards while our 200 dma has just begun to sweep upwards. These are good signs.

The 4.6 million shares traded today is the highest volume since FUQI IPO'd.

Overall everything looks great but in this market it pays to stay alert and protect your profits...

XIDE up 17.7% on the day - protect profits and proceed with caution

CPST up 11.8% on the day - protect profits and proceed with caution

ABIO up 3.7% on the day - stay alert

NCS still trudging upwards 1.4% on lower volume - stay alert

Our big winner of the week is a Pincher Play - NCS

NCS closed on 6/19/09 @2.09

NCS closed on 6/26/09 @2.84 for a 35% weekly gain.

Indicators are still in good condition and with the volume spurt that accompanied the PPS rise I believe there is still room for NCS to run.

The 20 dma is @2.93 and if we can get thru that and the markets cooperate we can possibly see $4.00 as our next resistance.

Don't forget to pocket some profits to ensure a positive trade after this much gain.

HANS - closed 6/19/09 @30.77 and finished this week by closing @31.77 for a small 3% weekly gain.

HANS has not had the needed volume to break this pincher wide open but indicators are still heading in a positive direction and if we can break thru the 200 dma and the 20 dma we can possibly see HANS run till our next resistance at 34.23.

HANS remains on our watch list.

Stocks to Watch this Week

Here are some stocks I am watching for plays on for the coming week

FUQI - Fuqi International, Inc.

A Chinese Nasdaq listed stock

Been on a huge run since early April. Just had a nice 31% pullback and finished the week with 2 positive days with volume increasing both days.

If FUQI breaks it's last high of $19.47, and triggers a New 52 Week High on continuing volume, that will make it a buy and we should see plenty more upside.

While FUQI has not formed a valid base to launch another run from,

Indicators have turned positive and this stock bears close watching.

The only problem I can see for FUQI is if North Korea fires any missiles at China due to China possibly intercepting a North Korean ship said to be carrying Nuclear Materials.

This could cause problems.

Another stock I like is -

HANS - Hansen Natural Corp.

HANS is showing all the signs of a major pincher movement about to happen.

HANS has dropped aprox. 30% in the last month and all indicators are showing a turn for the better.

I would like to see volume increase as it breaks thru it's 200ma

Several other pincher plays to keep an eye on this week are ABIO, WNR and NCS.

I ran across a post on the Yahoo Board from a poster going by the name of AngusDoctor.

Very keen eye this person has as this particular piece of evidence escaped my notice.

It would seem our very own Michael Metter and Steven Moskowitz need to read the company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics again. (see earlier post)

In a Press Release issued on April 15, 2009, Spongetech states ,

I do not know about you people but I can detect the faint scent of deception regarding this Press Release and the 10Q.

It seems extremely obvious to me that in no way shape or form can you confuse the two figures that I have texted in blue.

One says - Income from Operations,,, and one says NET INCOME

Income from Operations is over $2,250,000.

NET INCOME is only $1,513,422

The Press Release stated NET INCOME WAS OVER $2,250,000

You see how it works is like this,,,,

first you have your Income from Operations,,,, then you pay income taxes on your Income from Operations,,,,,,,AND THEN YOU CALCULATE YOUR NET INCOME.

I don't know, maybe it is just me, maybe I am nitpicking???????

Or maybe I expect the Officers of a Public Company to be Honest and Straightforward with shareholders.

But what do I know????? I'm just Moe

Lets see what the Shareholders got -

May 28, 2008 PPS closed @0.044 ---(peaked on June 9, 2008 @o.o56) - A/S = 420,000,000

February 28, 2009 PPS closed @0.0126 ---(bottomed on March 16, 2009 @ 0.006) - A/S = 1,250,000,000 --- March 10, 2009 A/S = 1,555,000,000

Over 190% Increase in Authorized Shares

Over 70% Decrease in PPS

I really should make a new chart but why bother, this one is a real SPNG chart ending on March 16, 2009 @0.006 and it contains real A/S counts,,, The Facts are the Facts People, you can't deny them. During the above mentioned 9 month time period, the A/S rose and the PPS sank.

So let me get this straight -

Spongetech gets ---

3- Why does Spongetech Management feel the need to continue to borrow money for operations from RM Enterprises (which SPNG management owns) at a 40% discount when this does nothing but HURT SHAREHOLDER VALUE?

4- Why does Spongetech Management feel the need to continue to hide their actions behind a Gagged Transfer Agent?

As you can see by viewing any SPNG chart, the PPS peaked for a split second on May 19th at 0.056 and then started it's decent,,,, once again. And let us not forget that 0.056 was our peak PPS last time on June 9, 2008.

It would seem that 0.056 is a HUGE RESISTANCE for SPNG.

or maybe that is just the PPS that management likes to open the floodgates at.

I guess we can safely assume that the Bank Line-of-Credit we heard about on April 23, 2009 is a no-go.

Quick Note To My Readers

I have received many many many emails thanking me for helping to keep things real concerning Spongetech. As a general rule I do not personally respond to emails that are sent to me. There are too many to respond to each and every one of them so I chose long ago to respond to none of them. This does not mean I do not appreciate your comments and suggestions. Please feel free to write to me with your thoughts and suggestions, for Spongetech and for other companies that need looked into.

As for Spongetech,,, I will say that I am not aware of any litigation that involves Spongetech.

I have always said that I feel that Spongetech is a real company with real products and SOME real sales, but also, with a very "poor" management. I believe these real sales are now starting to skyrocket. I also believe that the PPS is running so as to draw in new investors to start the cycle all over again. Please view SPNG's chart from last year at this general time.

I do not believe that SPNG will ever be eligible for a NASDAQ listing without a Reverse Split.

I do not believe SPNG management wishes to be a NASDAQ listed company. That would very seriously interrupt the share structure game they have going.

I just wanted to give Spongetech it's due as this morning I saw that Spongetech's commercial that they run on CNBC no longer had the " SPNG - NASDAQ " on the screen.

Now it just said that it was a publicly traded company.

All I ask is for some truth in advertising, and Spongetech delivered,,,,for once.

Now deliver me an up-to-date O/S count on a daily basis with an ungagged Transfer Agent and we may be on our way to respectability.

When did Spongetech become a NASDAQ Stock??????

Moskowitz and Metter got some balls on them.

I was watching CNBC, the Financial Propaganda News Channel and as usual I saw the Spongetech commercial trying to lure unsuspecting people into buying their crap.

And then I saw it,,,,,,,,,,, right there on the screen for the whole world to see.

what a bunch of shit.

if that right there does not prove how deceitful and deceptive these two crooks are I do not know what does.

I have neither seen nor heard any Official announcement that SPNG.OB has been approved for NASDAQ.

On May 7, 2009 Spongetech issued a Press Release that in part read -

" announced today that its Board of Directors has voted to seek a listing for SpongeTech®'s common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market. As part of this process, SpongeTech® will prepare and submit an application for a NASDAQ Capital Market listing."

Which they have repeatedly said they will not.

On February 2, 2009 Spongetech issued a Press Release that states in no uncertain terms that the company's Issued and Outstanding shares were approximately 700,000,000.

In Spongetech's most recent 10Q report for the quarter ending February 28, 2009 it clearly states on page F-2 under Balance Sheet - Liabilities and Stockholders' Equity - that the Issued and Outstanding share count on February 28, 2009 was 1,249,451,605

Now whether or not this is an allowed accounting practice or just pure fraudulent, I do not know. For all we know Spongetech may have issued approximately 500,000,000 shares after February 2nd and then reacquired them before March 18th. Maybe they consider issuing 500,000,000 shares as being of "no significant change"

They are claiming they will do over $40,000,000 in revenue with a profit of aprox. $7,000,000 for Fiscal Year 2009.

As you can clearly see my associate was seeking permission to gain the trading history of Spongetech from Spongetech's Transfer Agent. He was seeking permission due to the fact that Spongetech has the Transfer Agent "gagged", meaning that the Transfer Agent is not allowed to give out information to the public.

Even though this is a public company you ask?????

We ask ourselves that also.

Now what is most important about this email exchange is not the fact that the Transfer Agent is "gagged", many public companies gag their Transfer Agent, not any respectable companies, but still, many do.

What is most important is that Steven Moskowitz is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Spongetech and hence he should know exactly what is going to happen with the company because he is going to make it happen.

And when Steven Moskowitz tells an investor that the Transfer Agent will be ungagged "a week from today" that means he is planning to ungag the Transfer Agent in one week, on May 5th, 2009,---

OR he is just plain out and out lying.
There is no in-between. Period.

Why would the officer of a publicly traded company tell an investor that the company plans to "ungag" the Transfer Agent if it had no intention of doing it?

Simple,,,, TO CAUSE A RUN UP IN THE PRICE PER SHARE OF THE STOCK WHICH THE COMPANY CAN PROFIT FROM.

One of the most exciting things that can happen to a penny stock or a pink sheet stock is for the company to "ungag" the Transfer Agent. By doing this the company is basicly telling the investment world that they are legitimate. A company can hide it's actions behind a gagged Transfer Agent. Investors cannot see what the company is doing with the Issued and Outstanding Share count when the Transfer Agent is gagged.
Meaning the company can dilute the shares into the float to make money while the price per share goes down. Meaning the company makes money at the shareholders expense.

Now not only did Steven Moskowtiz tell my associate this once, he also sent another email saying that the event would occur -
