ANOTHER PIECE OF THE PUZZLE THAT IS THE SPONGETECH SCAM

LOOKS LIKE GOOD OLD METTER AND MOSKOWITZ HAVE BEEN HAVING A GOOD TIME ON OUR INVESTMENT DOLLARS JUST LIKE WE THOUGHT ALL ALONG.
HERE ARE A FEW EXCERPTS FROM THE MOST RECENT NEW YORK POST ARTICLE CONCERNING SPONGETECH -

"The New York Giants have joined the growing list of sports franchises suing the company for allegedly skipping out on its bills, claiming the company has soaked the team for $360,000."

"According to the Giants' suit, New York-based SpongeTech, as part of an agreement signed last July, was given "access to Giants Stadium for home games, including use of a private suite."
When using the posh suite, SpongeTech was responsible for picking up the tab for the "food, drinks and hospitality charges" incurred during its use. However, the Giants claim SpongeTech stiffed the caterer, hospitality king Aramark, forcing the team to pick up the tab.
Since then, the Giants have been snubbed in their efforts to get reimbursed, according to the complaint."

THIS IS A GREAT READ ABOUT HOW SPONGETECH OPERATES.

I know you all have probably seen this but I thought it was worth reposting just so you people could get a clear understanding of how Mosky Moskowitz operates.
This is how he treated Madison Square Garden for christ sakes, imagine the full extent of how he treats shareholders.
Enjoy the read people -

SPONGETECH NEWS TO REPORT,,,,,,FINALLY!!!!!

I WONDER IF THIS MEANS I WAS RIGHT ABOUT SPONGETECH ALL ALONG??????????
haahahahahahahahahaahahaha

On December 24, 2009, the Staff of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") sent a written Wells notice, which was received on December 28, 2009, to each of SpongeTech Delivery Systems, Inc. ("SpongeTech"), Michael L. Metter, SpongeTech's Chief Executive Officer, and Steven Y. Moskowitz, SpongeTech's Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer. The Wells notices advised that the Commission Staff intends to recommend that the Commission bring civil injunctive actions against them alleging violations of the federal securities laws contained in Sections 5(a), 5(c) and 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended ("Securities Act") and Sections 10(b), 13(b)(5) of the Exchange Act of 1934, as amended ("Exchange Act") and Exchange Act Rules 10b-5, 13b2-1, and 13b2-2 thereunder; and Sections 13(a), 13(b)(2)(A), and 13(b)(2)(B) of the Exchange Act and Exchange Act Rules 12b-20, 13a-1, 13a-11, 13a-13, and 13a-14 thereunder. The recommended actions would seek, among other things, permanent injunctions and civil penalties.

Update to reader emails

I have received many emails from faithful readers asking when I will be releasing more posts concerning Spongetech.
At this point in time I feel that there is really nothing new to report.
Everything I had previously stated was proven true by the SEC's trading suspension placed upon Spongetech.
It is now just a matter of waiting to see if the SEC has the balls to file criminal charges against Spongetech management.

Thank You,,
Moe Speeks the Truth

p.s. Ceos_busted is considering one final SPNGfather episode,,, as you all have been begging him for it.
He may just wait to see the final outcome of the SEC's investigation.
